    Gregg ONeill is founder of The ONeill Code and at his best when he’s helping his clients connect people to their brand. He’s a creative problem solver that believes in the power of ideas and that the best ones create belief in a brand. Our ideas can and should be inspiring, entertaining, and motivating. He feels the work we do should be meaningful and have a purpose. It should make people feel something. If we can touch the heart, we can move the body.

    Gregg has held creative leadership positions at several notable agencies and brands including; JWT, Red Tettemer, Mullen, Civilian, and Pura Vida Bracelets. He uses data, strategy, creativity, and on occasion, some quick wit to create the stories that get brands noticed. Some have won awards. Many have won hearts.

    Gregg’s a devoted father and single-dad raising twin daughters who, as he says, are his best friends. You’ll always find them together logging miles on their bikes, making birdies on the golf course, or on the mat training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Yep....he’s a proud Girl Dad.

    Gregg and Eric met years ago in the boardroom. Eric was one of Gregg’s clients. Go figure.

    Throughout his career, Eric’s been an innovative and visionary marketing executive who’s demonstrated success cultivating new business opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and delivering sustainable growth for brands across many industries, including; professional services, major league sports, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer products.

    He’s a strategic leader who maximizes social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and time-tested channels to develop branding, lead generation and sales solutions for startup, midsize, and global Fortune 1000 companies.

    Eric’s a data guy. He knows it inside and out. He also knows that data alone can’t do the job. He’s also creative and knows its value. This is why he and Gregg have joined forces.

    When he’s not driving brand awareness, increasing revenue and engagement, or splitting the atom, Eric’s a workout enthusiast, a self-professed tequila catadores, a University of Texas graduate, college basketball fan, and lover of futuristic and sci-fi movies. He enjoys the outdoors and being among nature and, at times, will act as his wife's equestrian gopher during tournaments.
